Because this is a LIVE group program, the topic of the week is subject to change based on the immediate needs of the group. But here's what you can expect us to cover:

Week 1 - Reverse Engineering Mindset

Before we even talk about doing a calendar, we want to see all the places where your brain is in resistance and clean those up.

You'll learn the most common places lawyers may stumble, so you can know what to expect and overcome it.


Week 2 - Intro to Calendar Evals


Each week, you'll get the accountability you want (without the judgment). We're already hard on ourselves. You won't get that from me. I'm here to support and give you guidance on what to do next.

We can't make progress unless we evaluate what have or haven't done with an objective -- and compassionate -- eye. I'll teach you how to do that, so you can make progress faster than you ever thought possible.

I’ll walk you step-by-step through doing a self-evaluation, and I’ll give you a personal example.

Week 3 - Values Alignment and Prioritizing

We’ll go through a values exercise to help you prioritize and make decisions more quickly.


Week 4 - The Procrastination-Perfectionism Link

You’ll understand the real reason we procrastinate and how to get yourself into action without white-knuckling it or using adrenaline and fear as a motivator.


Week 5 - Managing Urges


If you’ve ever had the urge to do non-essential tasks over priorities (and we all have!) you’ll be better able to manage urges after this session.


Week 6 - How to Talk to Yourself

You'll learn the 3N Self-Talk Formula™ to help you manage the negative voices that can pop up in your head and prevent you from taking action. (And we ALL have them.)

Week 7 - How to Think About Billing and Other Admin Tasks

You’ll create a mindset that helps you take on tasks that aren’t necessarily your favorite like contemporaneous billing and other admin.


Week 8 - Following Through

Follow-through will come up throughout our time together because when you learn a new habit, we're re-wiring our brain. That requires us to follow through with devotion and not self-discipline. You’ll learn what this looks like in comparison to using adrenaline and dread to push you to work.


Week 9 - Handling Emergencies

911s happen. But not everything you may be defining as an emergency needs to be one. We’ll talk about how to plan for emergencies and unexpected client surprises.

Week 10 - The Impact of Daily Language

You’ll learn the surprising stories you tell yourself and words you use on a daily basis that negatively impact how you feel and your performance at the office.



Week 11 - Open Coaching

Week 12 - Creating a Container for Continued Success

We’ll celebrate your shifts over the last 12 weeks, and you’ll be set up for success for the future.

Calendars make me nervous. Is this program all about how to use a calendar?

The word "calendar" is enough to make a lot of lawyers cringe, so I get it.

Time management is about so much more than using a calendar.

It's about changing the underlying habits that create overwhelm and prevent making progress on managing your time and caseload.

Do calendars help? Yes, but not everyone uses them the same way.

The work we do in Time Peace for Lawyers™ is about so much more than using a calendar. In fact, even if you don't have a calendar, you'll see results.

It's about learning how to master your mind, your time, and your emotions so you calm the overwhelm and take charge of your practice.

A calendar strategy is just one of many tools you'll learn in Time Peace for Lawyers™.

What if I can't make it to one of the calls?

While obviously you'll get the most out of showing up live and getting coaching, sometimes there's an emergency. If you can't make it live, you can watch the replay.

Replays and other content will be available for 4 months.

I'm nervous about using a calendar. It feels so structured and like I'm tied down. Is this program for me?

It's normal feel nervous about using a calendar -- especially if you've tried using one before, and you were disappointed at the results.

Time management isn't about the calendar. It's about managing your mind around the work you do.

The calendar is just an awareness tool. It shines a light on the problems in your practice.

If you're constantly fearing you'll drop the ball on cases or worried you'll disappoint people because you're not getting their work in sooner, your work isn't on managing your time. It's on managing your mind.

When you stop spending so much time feeling worried, anxious and overwhelmed, you naturally begin creating more time for yourself no matter how you use your calendar.

In Time Peace, I'll help you learn how to manage your mind and one tool that I use to help you gain awareness of the problems in your practice is the calendar.

We don't jump into using the calendar right away. And you get to decide what works best for you.

As an aside, I have a client who describes herself as a "nomad." She practices personal injury law in Atlanta and travels around the country a lot. She felt resistant to a calendar at first too, and now she absolutely loves it. She's created calendar practices unique to her lifestyle, and she's calmed the overwhelm and created a practice that allows her to leave for weeks at a time without worrying about work.

How long do I have access to the replays and bonuses?

You'll have access to all trainings for 4 months. That's an additional one month after our time together is complete.

The access is limited to 4 months because I don't want you to sit on these trainings. Your engagement with the materials is important for your success.
